The teen suspect, whose name was not released due to his age, was found Monday, after police responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the 2500 block of Centennial Avenue at 7:59 p.m., according to the report. Officers found evidence of gunfire, and started searching the area for a potential victim, suspect or witness,  Fair said. The teen is charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. He is being held at Harborfields Juvenile Detention Center in Egg Harbor City.
