A Camden County man is charged with vehicular homicide in a crash that killed his passenger last year.
Luis Cream, 36, of Blackwood, is also charged with two counts of fourth-degree assault by auto for the Nov. 19, 2017, crash on the Atlantic City Expressway in Hamilton Township.
Cream was allegedly under the influence when he crashed into another vehicle, injuring both occupants, before going off the roadway. His passenger, 34-year-old Jalina Steele, was killed.
Cream is in the Atlantic County Justice Facility, where he is awaiting a detention hearing set for Monday.
