Atlantic City woman wanted in shooting that wounded woman

An Atlantic City woman is wanted in a shooting that wounded another woman in April, police said.

Rashanah Camper, 25, is charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and conspiracy.

A 16-year-old boy has also been charged in the April 24 shooting that wounded an unnamed 25-year-old woman in the area of Tennessee and Atlantic avenues, Sgt. Kevin Fair said.

The juvenile is in the Harborfields Juvenile Detention Center on the same charges as Camper.

Camper was arrested in a stabbing in 2017, BreakingAC has learned. She is currently on probation for a drug charge out of Ocean County, court records show. She was sentenced to 18 months probation last July.

CAMPER was in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on similar charges in June 2017, related to a stabbing. She was released after a detention hearing.
