A death inside a hotel room at Harrah's Atlantic City is being investigated as suspicious, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office has confirmed.
The Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit along with the Atlantic City police are investigating the death Tuesday night, spokeswoman Donna Weaver said.
Major Crimes was called to the casino hotel at 6:48 p.m., after Atlantic City police had arrived, she said.
More information is expected to be released Thursday, as the investigation continues.
