Two men wounded in Atlantic City shooting

Two men were shot in Atlantic City early Wednesday morning. Police were called to the shooting on 2500 block of Pacific Avenue at about 4:20 a.m. through a ShotSpotter alert and multiple 911 calls, police said. Bilal Freeman, 32, and Emanuel Williams, 25, both of the city, were wounded. Their injuries are not considered life-threatening. The city's Violent Crimes Unit was called and is investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 609-347-5788. Information can also be texted anonymously to tip411 (847411) beginning the text with ACPD.
